Healthy Homemade Chivda!

Introducing our delicious and nutritious homemade chivda! This crunchy snack is made with a mix of roasted nuts, seeds, and whole grain cereals, all lightly seasoned with aromatic spices. I N G R E D I E N T S :





Dry fruits of your choice (I have used 5 -10 almonds)

Seeds (pumpkin & watermelon) - optional

Dry coconut

Curry leaves & Green Chilli ( if you or your kids don’t prefer them, then you can totally skip this )

2- 4 chopped cloves of Garlic

Spices- Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt & chaat masala.

P R O C E S S:

Roast the murmura, poha & makhana till they become crispy.

In a kadhaai, take some oil, add add peanuts ,curry leaves & green chilli ,garlic and let it get brown. Then add almonds, seeds, dry coconut & mix it well.

Then add the spices & give it a good mix.

Add the roasted murmura, poha & makhana and mix it really well and tadda your quick & easy homemade healthy Chivda is ready. Enjoy!!
