Metabolix homefit has had a huge role to play in helping me manage my back pain. When I started working out with Juily, I was recovering from terrible lower back pain wherein it was tough to even get out of bed. I slowly started weights again and the days I worked out, my back felt so so much stronger. I have a long way to go till I can say I am free of pain but I am just thankful that I can workout and remain fit thanks to her exercises.
