1. Straight Leg Hamstring Stretch
2. Cross Hamstring Stretch
3. Knee Rotation
4. Knee Circles
5. Knee Up & Down
You can start with a moderate number of reps, such as 10-15, and gradually increase as you get stronger.
Caution: Keep your breathing even and steady at any point don’t hold your breathe.
