Working out your quads and glutes has numerous benefits:

• It helps strengthen and tone your leg muscles.

• Improves overall lower body strength.

• Boost your metabolism.

• Plus, having strong quads and glutes can improve your posture and balance.


Workout Plan (Watch demonstration video below):

1. B Stance RDL

2. Bulgarian Split Squat

3. Sissy Squat

4. Wall Sit


You can do 2-3 sets of 10 - 15 repitions.


This one came straight from inside @metabolix_homefit weekly workout dumbbell plan.
